Our Mission

Independence First Limited offers support and care to all adults so that they can have social inclusion within the community. Other than health-related help, our professionals look after your basic chores as well and support you with domestic cleaning, shopping, travelling, budgeting, form filling, bill payments, cooking, respite and any other day to day tasks. We offer support to everyone who feels they need it, including the elderly, dementia suffers, those with learning difficulties, autism and other mental health conditions.

We travel to you

We travel to our clients rather than them needing to travel to get support. The areas we cover include Folkestone, Hawkinge, Hythe, Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, and other surrounding areas (please feel free to request).

Cost-friendly

We offer a high standard of support at competitive rates.

Prices:
From £19 per hour.
Additional mileage is charged at 45p per mile
